01Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use OppZen.

02Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not resell or scrape the service without written permission.

03Plans, billing & cancellation

Career Vault is free. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Account › Billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated unless required by law.

04Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to OppZen. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it back to you and to provide the features you use.

05Service availability

We work hard to keep OppZen available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

06Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OppZen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

07Changes & disputes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
